Good question… Will be checking this one out later.
An angel blessing is good for the short term to improve ranking, but a goor quality link ought to give good traffic for the longer term, and good traffic means good rankings.

They both seem to be cumulative, so it would depend on what the page or site already had. But google juice once found – seems to last longer and and bring more interesting traffic. Give me quality, relevant links.
